Reconciliation of work and family life - Transnational report

Research was done in five participating countries, Malta, Cyprus, Slovenia, Sweden and Iceland. The research was a combination of primary and secondary research, further, companies spokesmen were interviewed to gain deeper understanding of the issues at hand. Suggestions for change were drawn from the conclusions and made known in the conference.
